Origin presently takes you to your character "birth point" which is Crescent Reach for all free-to-play accounts.
Binding your soul elsewhere resets your bind point (aka respawn point). If you have gate... then yes you can go to it, but not with the origin ability.
If you pay for one month of a paid sub you can create all your characters with non-Crescent Reach starting cities...
There a way to change where this takes you? Going to Crescent Reach sucks.
