No two worn haste items, spell hastes, or bard hastes stack, 1 of each all stack though.
Max haste at 60 is 100% and at 65 115% with spell and worn, bard raises cap to 130 i believe.

Are you positive of that?

Every player cast haste buff and almost all the right-clickable ones have the haste in buff slot 1. Marvelous Visions has the haste in slot 3. I am not aware of anyone that has parsed it and without parsing there is no way to be certain that this particular buff won't stack with other haste buffs.

It still would not allow you to exceed the haste cap without v3 (overdrive) haste, but might allow you to combine this effect and clickable haste from eyepatch of plunder or monk epic to get close to the cap with a good item haste.

I can confirm it.

The slot where effect are nothing to do with the fact that the effect stack or not; the slot determine if the buff can be up at same time or not (i.e. if it's the same slot, one will overwrite the other).

So yes you can have both this and a normal haste up but only the +50 sta will be in effect (probably dont stack with shaman sta though).

Only Haste v2 and haste v3 can stack (i.e. bard song and a few AA and discipline)

Oh and max normal haste (worn+haste spell) is still 100% at 65 and there is no known limit for overhaste; it's over 145% at least cause the ranger AA (guardian of the forest I think) is +15% and the best bard overhaste is +30% and it all stack.

Bard's have two types of haste, normal and overdrive. Overdrive hastes are smaller but can put you over the normal cap

Yes it does stack with the Eyepatch. Our ranger that just won it also had some other item it stacked with. No, it does NOT stack with the other STA buffs from shaman and BL. (:O
No STA

The Kizrak's Gauntlets of Battle does not give you plus 50 to your Sta. Magelo say the belt still does but I cant comfirm that yet. Just thought I would let it be know.
