It is becauses your target is to low to have the higher level regen(Regrowth), give him Chloroplast or Regeneration until he reaches some higher Levels...=D
Hatem, the shaman spell vendor in Abysmal Sea also sells this. She sold it to me for 19p 8g 4s 4c (137 CHA, indifferent faction).
After the changes in OT and FV, the merchants; Arial, and shelae are no longer in the FV fort. Dark elves and Cliff golems occupy the fort now so you whould look for the spell at the Ranger merchant in Abysmal Sea instead.

you can still get the spell in FV as well. arial is in the far eastern part of the zone. you'll find all the merchants and even a banker in the ruined buildings there. arial is not in the buildings, but a little south of them, just before the tree line. he blends in a little, but he is still there. i bought as many of my druid spells as i could, so i dont have to go back to fv again hehe.

I tried to cast this on a level 5 today and it said something like the target is of insuffecient level to recieve this spell. none of my lesser regens ever said anything like that. does anyone happen to know what level you must be to recieve this spell? thanks. ^_^
My druid dinged 54 at last, so I went and found some guinea pigs and tried casting it until I pinned down what level the target has to be. You can cast this (and Spirit of Eagle) on targets of level 42 and higher. When I tried them on a level 41, I was told "Your spell is too powerful for your intended target."

What lvl is this really?
here it says 54 for druid but i thought it was a lvl 63 druid spell maybe even 64 as for shaman i thought it was a lvl 62 spell...

Bazaar, alot of the times people buy spells from zones no one wants to goto adn sells em for 2x in baz, if yer lazy enough go for it lol
You can also get it from the Druid and Ranger spell vendors in the Abysmal Sea.
