This Quest writeup is incorrect in that it says the skeletons are in the "North/Northeast"
First of all, the zone is a square. That means North is a very large area, not to mention filled with 5 different mobs.
    The CORRECT area is NORTHWEST.

If you are in a group of say 6 players and all members are doing the same task, after each kill, the mobs usually will have the maximum quest items drop. If the quest says you need to loot e.g. 6 of the drops, do not loot all 6 for 1 person or else the next kill the mob will not have the maximum drop, it will only drop max-1 items. So the best way is have one player loot the required drops minus 1 (i.e. not to complete the quest stage yet) and the subsequent kills will always have the maximum drops. Let all other players do the same, until everyone has the required drops minus 1. Then just loot the last round for everyone. This seems to hold true on all the other "Supply" tasks.
