You can find Wegadas at the far southeastern corner of the zone at /way -2236, -2976, -300 He is on the find tool as well CTRL F. You say, 'Hail, Wegadas' Wegadas says, 'Oh, guests! Please, please, come and stay awhile!' He waves the adventurer closer. 'Welcome to our humble settlement. I would offer you some of the best Elddar hospitality, but I'm afraid I am woefully underprepared for it. I am low on [supplies], you see. But... BUT... I can share abundant stories.'' You say, 'I can find some supplies for you.' Wegadas says, 'Oh no, I wouldn't do that to you.' He emphatically shakes his head. 'You are guests here among us, it would be rather rude of me to send you on an [errand].' You say, 'No, I insist. I don't mind an errand.' Wegadas says, 'You are very insistent, indeed.' He shakes his head in resignation and smiles to the adventurer. 'Well, if I was to honor you with our hospitality, I would recommend one of the local fish, the Thunder Chum. It is exquisite. It can be fished along the southern end of the river. But... no more than that. For the love of Tunare, no more than that! It would be the opposite of hospitable if I made you work for it. If you can [get one], I can cook it up for you in our traditional style.' You say, 'Yes, I can get one.' You have been assigned the task 'A Gift of Fish'. Wegadas says, 'You will love it, I assure you. Remember, one Thunder Chum, and I'll be right here waiting for you when you get back.' Wegadas is a young druid intent on showing hospitality to the adventurers on their visit to the Elddar village. As he doesn't have the appropriate fish for the occasion, he's asked if you don't mind getting it and he'll prepare it. Nothing is ever so easy in the Unkempt Woods. Wegadas mentioned the fish can be fished from the southern end of the river. That should be near the aviaks. Once you are at the southern end of the river, equipping a fishing pole will immediately spawn a Rallosian attacker so be ready. Killing the Rallosian attacker will count for others in the group so you don't have to do this step for each person in the group. The Rallosian attacker drops this, loot it. You offered 1 Thunder Chum to Wegadas. Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. Wegadas says, 'This is perfect! Let me start the preparation of this fine specimen.' You complete the trade with Wegadas. You say, 'Hail, Wegadas' Wegadas says, 'Wait, do you mean there's more to the [situation]?' You say, 'The situation is I was ambushed by a Rallosian.' Wegadas says, 'In the south? Are you sure?' He pauses in his preparation of the fish. 'Was there anything notable about [the Rallosian]?'' You say, 'The Rallosian was a shaman and had a strange signet on her.' Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. Wegadas says, 'Oh really...' He cleans off his hands, and puts his full attention on the adventurer. 'Can you tell me more of this [signet]?'' You say, 'The signet has some strange markings on it.' Wegadas says, 'Oh, do tell. Could you tell me of the markings? I can spare a [magnifying glass] if it helps.' You say, 'Yes, please, I could use a magnifying glass.' Wegadas says, 'Here you go. Don't lose it. I only have so many of them!' Right click the Jeweler's Glass he gave you 5 times. The first mark appears as a rough symbol of Drinal. It may be of the moon of Norrath, or of the demigod, but it is difficult to tell in this Age. Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. You begin casting Examine Signet. The second mark appears as though it was worn down over time. Just how old is this signet even in this time period? Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. You begin casting Examine Signet. The third mark appears as a bear head, the visual clear as day. Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. You begin casting Examine Signet. The fourth mark is partially chipped away, but appears as a general symbol of nature. Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. You begin casting Examine Signet. The fifth and final mark is partially chipped away, but appears as an ancient symbol of Tunare, the Mother of All. It's not like a Rallosian to hold an artifact of Tunare... Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. You offered 1 Mysterious Signet to Wegadas. Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. Wegadas says, 'This signet is... Amazing!' You complete the trade with Wegadas. You say, 'Hail, Wegadas' Wegadas says, 'This signet, based off of what you told me, and the materials it's made from, may...' He pauses as he tries to work through the logic of it all. 'It may belong to the mythical [Gihjna]. I have never seen them, but I assure you that they would not be allied with the Rallosians.' You say, 'What are the Gihjna?' Wegadas says, 'The Gihjna are great bear spirits native to this land, and the lands between the lands, and the lands beyond the lands. They and the Lujien, the great wolf spirits, were here before, and they will be here after. At least, that's what the stories say; until now, until this signet, I haven't taken much [faith] in it.' You say, 'I am sorry if this discovery has shaken your faith.' Wegadas says, 'Don't be. Don't apologize. If we're not all on a path of growth, then what are we doing with ourselves?' Shaking his head slowly, he reexamines the signet in his hand. 'I have an idea. If, and I mean IF, the Gihjna are here among us, and they have had a run-in with the Rallosians, we must [show that] we are not of the same heart as our invaders. We wish to share this land in harmony...' You say, 'How do we show that?' Wegadas says, 'I am not sure which is the best method, honestly. Should we perform a show of force to let them know that we do not appreciate the bloodthirsty invaders here? Should we offer a peace offering to show them our friendship? Should we try [both]? I am not sure if that would be too heavy-handed.' You say, 'Perhaps both may be best.' Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. Wegadas says, 'I suppose you're right. It's the most likely to get their attention, and the attacks on the Rallosians can only help our soldiers with pushing the invaders back.' He turns his attention towards the Thunder Chum. 'I hope you don't mind, but I will prepare this for the offering while you work your magic against the Rallosians.' Any number of Rallosian Darksergeant's, Deathsergeant's, and Warsergeant's count for this step. Rares do not count towards this step Any "a Rallosian _______" will work for this step. Rares and Rallosian ___sergeants do not count towards this step You say, 'Hail, Wegadas' You have been given: Elaborate Peace Offering Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. Wegadas says, 'You have done an immense service to the Elddar people. Please know that even if this comes down to nothing, that you have helped us beyond measure. Oh! On that note...' From behind himself, he pulls out an urn, but the contents within smell savory and tantalize the senses. 'Take this to the caverns to the north. The dwarves are mining it out, but it is also the closest we have to touching the Valley of the Dawn. If they are there, they will see it and accept it.' At /way 2859, -3573, -429 in the middle of the pool of water inside the dwarven tunnel to the north near the zone in, right click Elaborate Peace Offering. The offering sits, silent and unmoving. Nothing is happening. The offering glows a soft green, as though nature itself is accepting the gift. Within moments, the offering is gone. Was it sufficient? Did it go to its intended recipients? Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. You say, 'Hail, Wegadas' Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. Wegadas says, 'You're back! How did it go? Did you see them? Was it [accepted]?' You say, 'I believe it was accepted. The urn glowed and then was simply gone.' Wegadas says, 'I never thought we would have contact with such spirits of nature. I will endeavor to seek them out. Maybe we can grow in our knowledge of each other. Thank you. If you don't mind, can you let Thornel know? Our greatest druid should be alerted to this discovery.' You say, 'Hail, Thornel Grayleaf' Your task 'A Gift of Fish' has been updated. What was intended to be a gift to the adventurer became a gift for the Gihjna. There's magics in the Unkempt Woods that have yet to be revealed, and Thornel Grayleaf and Wegadas will be there for it. You receive 7 copper . You receive 6 silver . You receive 6 gold . Pre: have a fishing pole ready
set a campfire at Wegadas
1) put pole in primary hand, go to stream in west about /way -2500. You'll get an autoupdate
2) and a normal Rallosian will attack.
3) Loot the signet
4)&5) chat with Weg
6) simply right-click the magnifying glass 5 times (easy)
7-9) turn stuff in and chat
10) go back to NW corner & kill any of the three *sargeant Rallosians (Goods has their location on their map). They don't count towards step 11. You CAN kill the same one 3 times.
11) kill Rallosians as you're very familiar with if you're doing progression.
12) talk to Weg
13) go halfway through the tunnel over by Thornel. The entrance is a few seconds west of him. Go into the water and right-click the jug. It'll disappear, you'll get some text, and a few seconds later an update.
14) back to Weg
15) Go to Thornel

I don't know why it won't let me edit.
Step 10, you can kill the same leader 3 times and the repop is within a minute or two. Great news because one is quite the challenge to get to.
