This is a Tier 1 raid in the Night of Shadows expansion.

The danger to our city has grown dramatically lately. You may have noticed that there are a lot of unhappy Vah Shir in Shar Vahl at the moment. This discontent has weakened us greatly, making the [threats] even greater.' You say, 'threats' Sergeant Hujiid says, 'I'm glad you have returned. Your assistance with the [grimlings] and your help with the [unrest] in the city have made it possible for us to put up a defense against the Akheva. With your help we managed to reduce their forces in the pass. Unfortunately, that didn't stop them. They are approaching Shar Vahl as we speak. We could certainly use your help once again to keep their [army] from destroying our beautiful city and perhaps all of its people.' You say, 'grimlings' Sergeant Hujiid says, 'Most of our citizens view them as pests, if they even think of them at all. But the grimlings are not stupid and when they pose a threat they should not be taken lightly. Our scouts have been keeping an eye on them, when we can spare scouts to do so. Some of those scouts have not returned. Citizens, merchants, and others have disappeared. Evidence is clear that the grimlings are attacking people near the city. This cannot be allowed to continue. All of Shar Vahl would be in your debt if you would help us [deal] with the grimlings.' You say, 'deal' Sergeant Hujiid says, 'I am glad to hear it. All of Shar Vahl, at least once we are united again, will be grateful. I can show you the place where many people have gone missing when you are [prepared].'
