Loot a Minor Bloodmarked Velium Gem (can drop from rare creatures, chests AND general mob population in Claws of Veeshan), and right-click it to open up a spell reward window.

This item also gives Torment of Velious spells if you are lacking them.

No class should need any more than five Minor Bloodmarked Velium Gem per level to obtain all their spells.
