You can obtained this quest from Adella Undertow in Cobalt Scar at 1780, 1773, -20 on the west side of the old sirens grotto, first underwater tunnel to the left as you drop down into the water from the old entrance. She is on the find tool CTRL F.

You say, 'Hail, Adella Undertow'

Adella Undertow says, 'Oh! An adventurer! I never thought I would be so happy to see one such as your kind here in the grotto, but I sure am happy you're [here]!'

You say, 'What is happening here?'

Adella Undertow says, 'You didn't even wait for me to answer before you already were ready to save the day! That's what I love about you adventurers! So quick to di-eerrr...be heroes! You see, the dragons seem to be up to something that is upsetting the balance of, well, everything! Look around you! Can't you [see] all the ice outside? Even the wyverns on the cliff above Cobalt Scar seem to be looking at Kerafyrm's Lair, waiting for something. I think it's very rude that they turn their backs on us!'

You say, ' The ice is hard not to see.'

Adella Undertow says, 'See! It's colder than a siren's heart out there! That isn't normal for the grotto! Perhaps you can help keep the population around here in check, so we don't find ourselves overwhelmed by enthralled [ulthorks], [sirens], and [wyverns].'

Adella Undertow says, 'Those poor ulthork...woolthork? No, that doesn't work at all! Anyways, once an ulthork is enthralled by a siren, it is very difficult to break that enthrallment. If an ulthork is enthralled by a siren in Siren's Grotto, well then it's impossible. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with whatever the wyverns are looking at. Let us help the ulthorks by freeing them.'
