Anyone have a spawn location on this guy?
Loc -482, 1030. Ph is "a creeper reaper". Static spawn. Spawns next to Vernon, PH is also a creeper reaper. Vernon is a mobile mob that moves back and forth in the arch.

Also drops mechanoinstruction scraps. Really dissapointed with the named mobs in this zone dropping junk like Sparkling Mushroom. Its good for nothing. Sold one in bazaar the other day for 30 plat....

look at the level range of the mobs in this zone...for the level the items the drop really arent that bad...

He's somewhere between level 50 and 52, he does around 250 dmg per hit and I'm guessing he has about 10k HP.
I'm a 53 necro and I've soloed him a couple of times without much trouble.
It appears he will always drop one of the 3 items listed.
