I soloed him today with a 59 druid. I was farming Tigeraptor and he kept getting in the way.
He conned yellow. Does not see invis. Did not summon, thank Karana. Snared easily. Kept forgetting he was rooted. DoTs stuck pretty well, fire DD did not, cold DD did. He soaked up a lot of damage, and I would not be surprised if he were 20K to 30K HP.
I pulled him south to the zone line then kited him there.
Dropped just his head, not even a lousy copper piece.

Got attcked by him tonight. Conned even at 60. So lvl is off
Took him out with a Lvl 55 Bard. Moderate resists to all Chants but he went down. Biggest problem was I had the Corrupted Faun as an add. DOH! Good thing I stayed on the Herald, just learned that the Faun summons. Was 100% when I stopped to loot, was 4% after looting! Barely got speed song up in time to escape the CF.
