Alarans for other, less
interesting purposes. This
includes the strange
material called essence of
Alaris. The following
schematics are what my team
of merchants and artisans
have discovered!

PRISM GOGGLES
These amusing goggles come
in five shades: ruby red,
sapphire blue, topaz
yellow, emerald green, and
amethyst purple.
All goggles require an
Alaris gemstone connected
to cured leather tubing,
metal fastening, and a
prism shard. Add the
| powdered essence of Alaris
as well. Then add the final
ingredient, depending on
the color you want to see
in:
Red - Small Lantern
Blue - Vial of Gases
Yellow - Static Orb
Purple - Reflective Shard
Green - Platinum Bar

ALARAN BLADE STAMPER
Alarans have some
interesting weapons, and
these throwing blades are
no exception. This device,
however, lets you produce
quality blades in a very
short period of time.
Gather three high quality
sheets of metal, and build
a case with them and an
| Alaran metal bar. Connect a
metal rod to two
steam-powered pistons, and
attach a durable cutting
blade. Secure with
magnetized bolts, and power
with a class six mana
battery.
Uses: 1 Sheet Metal
Recharge: Class Six Battery

POTION MAKER KIT
Alchemy by hand done by a
trained professional? Who
has the time? Tinkering can
get it done! More or less.
Use an Alaran metal bar as
a base. Add three small
vials, and connect via
cured leather tubing to an
Alaris gemstone, a static
orb, and a gnomish heat
| source. Attach some gears
and a class six mana
battery to power the
device.
Uses: 1 Metallic Potion
Vial, 1 Infused Leaves of
Dragon Wart, 1 Infused
Pollen of Dragonwart
Recharge: Class Six Battery

GNOMISH HANDCANNON
A powerful but slow weapon
built for ranged attacks.
Only a 2-in-10 chance of
self-injury with use!
Use an Alaran metal bar as
a base, reinforced with
high quality sheet metal.
House in a steel casing,
and create a firing
mechanism with a metal rod,
| steam-powered piston,
gears, and magnetized
bolts. Attach the power
source made of saltpeter, a
small cloth cord, and a
gnomish heat source.
Use on opponents.

GNOMISH HANDCANNON
AMMUNITION
This is used in the Gnomish
Handcannon.
Mix essence of Alaris,
three parts sulfurous coal
with three parts high
quality carbon powder.
Combine with gnomish bolts
to create a handcannon
projectile!
| CLOCKWORK FORTUNE TELLER
An interesting little toy
with weird effects!
Combine essence of Alaris
with steel wire and a
coiled spring. Place in a
regular steel casing, and
connect with metal
fastening and gears.
