I had planned on starting a twink BL for my Girlfriend to start playing. (She hasn't started playing yet) so I was lookin for a decent BP for a BL, and i cam across this. I just cleared out the caves at the North Eastern most part of the zone. just keep heading north and east as much as you can. if you need an exact location just head to 760.00, -2250.00, -35.00.
But anyway. These mofker's respawn FAST! I mean i pulled every single mob there, and then killed them all in about 20 seconds (lvl 75 BL 720 AA's) and before I could finish looting them all, every single one of them respawned. There respawn time has to be about 00:45-1:00 (45 seconds to a minute) they have about an average of 500 HP. I cleared out the place 3 times and I got all of the chestplate types.

Chain: Reinforence Incendiary Chestguard (ROG RNG SHM BER)
Plate: Composite Field Chestguard (PAL CLR BRD SHD)
Leather: Worn Scattercloud Tunic (MNK DRU BST)
As well as some other pieces.

Got this today off of a mummified corpse in the far back side of zone. I swam up the river to the falls, then pulled to the stone outcrops. I was able to solo him at 14.
I'm playing this character solely by what he can get for gear from the area and quest in crescent reach, non twinked in otherwords.

Don't forget the Hotzone drops, if you are looking to play untwinked. Some of that gear is really nice for the level you get it. At your level, you might want to look into the unrest drops.
