Lost Dungeons of NorrathHmmm... the stats on this would be a little bit better than a sarnak battle shield if you didn't mind loosing the saves. Any info on who drops it? And what raid/adventure its on? Any info would be much appreciated, thank you.

We ( me ) got one today from a EC slaughter Mission, from a named mob.
It acutally randomly dropped off of a non-named mob. I forget the name of the dungeon, but it was a rescue mission... Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I was the one who submited the pic, and itw as my first LDoN group, so I wasn't paying enough attention to where were were actually going. It does drop in the Rujarkian hllls Tile set, even though the pic says Takish'Hiz. I was being retarded when I made the pic, and need to send an updated pic. The levels are also correct. I believe it dropped as we were on the way to our goal.
Anyway, if you're on Veeshan, I can sell you the one I have (yes, it's the one in the pic. =P) Anyway, anyone got a price for this? I'm not sure what would be fair.

I wonder why Clerics can't use this item and why a monk would want to give up a fist or hand to use a shield?I understand it weighs practically nothing but I would rather my monk use his hand for fighting instead of using a shield,regardless of stats it carries.

maybe for pulling...there is enough AC, STA and HPs on it to give a monk a few more steps before he had to FD. I personally don't like swapping gear out, but I know plenty that would just for the extra protection.

Sometimes a class is just on an item. It doesn't mean that class would really use it. It just would not be worth swapping stuff out, you are talking about like 1/4 of one melee hit to the monk.
with the exception of Pallys, sk, and the occasional healer class very few classes use shields period as other options are far better
Pally/Sk = 2 handers
healer classes = Book of obolus < improved healing II +8 wis>
other melee = second weapon for dps.
that is why SoE are looking into improving the effect on shields to make more people use them <not that i think it will work but thats just me >
