Planes of Power
Hardly worthy of its name, but a decent +mana/int item. There aren't too many int+mana wrist slot items too chose from, especially for int casters.

Recommended level of 53? you have got to be kidding?!? what 53rd level is gonna wear that...now I don't have a single 50ish caster but all mine have better items the that now...very sad
i wear it at 55.. *shrug*
sell good to NPCs
now if it only didnt have the name POWER. its definatly anything but that. ok AC for a caster item though

all i can say is that its a damn good thing its lore cause theres no chance anyone would more then one and even then why take the first
