Had this drop from a water dragon in Laurion Inn.
Of the mobs above the best luck I've had goes like this...
8 hours of camping Guard Captain Krizad 2 Finesse dropped.
60 hours of Owlbear / Brood Queen 3 Finesse dropped
Charka (horrible camp because the mobs have tons of hps) 60 hours 2 Finesse.
Violent Vilence 12 hours 1 finesse but an amazing Aug drops pretty frequent.
Hope this helps, I would go with Krizad it's an easier camp to handle as well.
