Grilled Bloodied Fish:

1 bloodied fish fillet

1 cup vegetable oil

Coarse salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste

Brush oil on both sides of
fillet, and grill. Add salt
and pepper for flavor.



Luclin Fish Stew:

1 Grilled bloodied fish




1 Bloodied fish fillet

1 onion

2 cups vegetables

1 cup water

1 cup white wine

Ground pepper to taste

Spices to taste

Dice the vegetables and onion
and add them to the water.
Bring to a boil. Add the fish
and mix in white wine. Lower
temperature and cover. Add
ground pepper and other spices
for flavor.






Sauteed Luclin Tubers:

1 cup vegetable oil

1 garlic

2 cups bloodied vegetables

Coarse salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste

Finely chop garlic and add
salt and pepper. Brush
vegetable oil and thoroughly
roll in garlic/salt/pepper
mix. Bake until soft.



Luclin Nutritious Dumpling:

1 bottle of milk




1 cup of flour

1 stick of butter

2 sauteed Luclin tubers

Ground pepper to taste

Stir the milk, flour and
butter to make a dough. Stuff
with portions of tubers. Bake
until golden brown. Add pepper
for flavor.



Luclin Savory Roast:

1 cup red wine

1 onion

1 caliginous meat




Fine salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste

Generously salt and pepper
meat. Chop onion and add to
red wine. Pour this mixture on
the roast and cook.



Luclin Braised Short Ribs:

1 cup red wine

1 garlic

1 onion

Spices to taste

Ground pepper to taste

Fine salt to taste




Luclin Savory Roast

Bring wine to a low boil and
add spices, garlic, salt, and
pepper. Add in the previously
cooked Luclin savory roast and
cook with a lid. It is done
when the meat is fall-apart
tender.



Luclin Garlic Stir-Fry:

1 cup vegetables

1 small bottle of soy sauce

1 garlic

1 grilled bloodied fish

1 sauteed Luclin tuber




1 Luclin savory roast

Coarse salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste

This is an easy dish. Chop up
garlic, fish, tubers and roast
in a pan with soy sauce. Cook
on medium heat and stir. It is
complete when vegetables are
tender. Add salt and pepper
for flavor.



Luclin Barberry juice:

1 cup of sugar

1 lemon

1 vial of pure water




1 cup Luclin barberries

Crush and strain the berries.
Add in juice from a lemon. Add
water to your liking to mellow
out the taste.



Luclin Barberryade:

1 water flask

1 cup of sugar

1 lemon

1 mint sprig

1 cup Luclin barberry juice

Mix juice of a lemon in with
water, sugar, and Luclin



barberry juice. Bring to a
boil and stir until sugar is
dissolved. Strain to remove
pulp and seeds. Serve chilled
with mint as a garnish.



Chokeberry Juice:

2 cups Luclin chokeberries

1 cup of sugar

1 water flask

Crush and strain the berries
and mix in sugar and water.
Bring to a boil. Once the
mixture is boiling, reduce
heat to a slow simmer.
Continue simmering until sugar
is dissolved. Strain and
chill.






Chokeberry Tea:

1 cup chokeberry juice

1 lemon

1 cup of tea leaves

1 water flask

Soak the tea leaves in the
chokeberry juice overnight.
Dry the leaves out in the sun
for a day. Steep leaves in hot
water and add juice from a
lemon for flavor.



Luclin Sparkling Water:




1 cup blood-tainted water

1 chunk of ice

1 lemon

1 cup air-infused spring water

Doesn't get much easier than
this. Mix and stir together
the 2 cups of water and add
ice with a wedge of lemon as
garnish.



Luclin Lavender Ginger Beer:

1 spoon of yeast

1 lime

1 ginger




1 cup Luclin sparkling water

Mince the ginger and add to a
pan with the sparkling water.
Bring to a boil. Once boiling
cut the heat and allow it to
steep for an hour. Strain the
pulp and add in the yeast.
Shake it in a jar until yeast
is dissolved. Allow to sit for
several days. Serve chilled
with a wedge of lime.



Luclin Berry Cooler:

1 cup of sugar

1 bushel of grapes

1 orange

1 lemon




1 cup Luclin barberry juice

1 cup chokeberry juice

1 cup Luclin sparkling water

Juice all the fruit. Mix
grape, orange, lemon, barberry
and chokeberry juice together
with sparkling water. Add
sugar for sweetness.
