Crisped Restless Fish:
1 restless fish fillets
1 cup vegetable oil
coarse salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
Grill the fish in the oil and
season with salt and pepper to
your taste.
Velious Fish Gumbo:
| crisped restless fish
restless fish fillets
hearty shake of spices
dash of hot red pepper
2 cups flour
2 cups vegetables
1 cup water
Chop the vegetables and add
them to the water and the rest
of the dry ingredients. Bring
it to a boil then add the
fish. Lower the temperature

and cover. Let simmer until
the stock thickens.
Baked Restless Roots:
2 restless vegetables
1 cup vegetable oil
coarse salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
1 lemon
Lightly brush the oil onto the
vegetables and add the salt
and pepper to your taste. Bake
| until soft. Let cool then
sprinkle with lemon juice.
Velious Vegetarian Noodles:
2 baked restless roots
1 cup vegetable oil
1 small bottle of soy sauce
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of noodles
Heat the noodles with the oil
and soy sauce until they are
done. Add the baked restless

roots and cook for one more
minute.
Velious Pauper's Steak:
1 cup Glires Meat
fine salt to taste
ground pepper to taste.
'Tis very simple. Season the
meat to taste then grill until
done to taste.
Velious Shepherd's Pie:
| 1 cup Velious Pauper's Steak
1 Potato
1 cube Butter
1 cup flour
1 cup vegetables
spices to taste
Bake the potato then mash,
adding the butter along the
way. Use the juices from the
steak, and mix with the flour,
spices, vegetables, and steak.
Top with the mashed potatoes

and bake until there is a
light brown tint to the
potatoes.
Velious Surf and Turf
Platter:
1 crisped restless fish
1 cup baked restless roots
1 cup Velious pauper's steak
lettuce
1 tomato
1 cup cream
| spices to taste
Mix the cream and spices and
boil to make a simple
dressing. Cut the tomato and
toss with the lettuce for a
simple salad and top with the
dressing. Plate the rest in a
pleasing presentation.
Velium Honey Juice:
1 cup Velious honeyberry
1 vial of pure water

1 cup of sugar
1 lemon
Crush and strain the berries
then bring to a boil. As soon
as it boils, reduce the
temperature and let it simmer
for an hour. Let it cool then
strain the remains again. Add
the pure water to thin it
some, then sugar and lemon to
taste.
| Velious Honey Berry Smash:
1 cup velium honey juice
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup water
1 spoon ginger
Chop the mushrooms and ginger
so fine that it's nearly a
powder. Add the mushrooms,
ginger, and water to the juice
and mix vigorously.
Crowberry Juice:

2 cups Velious crowberry
1 cup water
1 cup of sugar
Crush and strain the berries
then bring to a boil. As soon
as it boils, reduce the

for an hour. Let it cool then

| Crowberry Tea:
1 cup crowberry juice
1 cup water
1 spoon tea leaves
Soak the leaves in the
crowberry juice overnight then
dry them for another day.
Steep the infused leaves in
hot water.
Velious Vitamin Water:
1 cup restless ice water

1 orange
1 lemon
1 lime
1 spoon medicinal herbs
Slice the citrus, but don't
squeeze the pieces. Soak them
in the water overnight. Remove
the fruit and add the herbs.
Velious Citrus Pomegranate
Mocktail:
1 Velious vitamin water
| 1 flask of pomegranate juice
1 air-infused spring water
It's as simple as mixing all
components together and
shaking.
Blue Bomb Beverage:
1 Velium honey juice
1 crowberry juice
1 Velious vitamin water
1 bottle of milk
1 spoon yeast

1 ice of Velious
Mix all ingredients except the
ice and stir until it is
homogeneous.
Add the ice and shake until
crystals form in the liquid.
