One of the rewards from Iksar Heritage Crate purchased on the Daybreak Marketplace. It is tradeable in its initial form as Wrapped Froglok Head in a Jar.

Opens a mystical portal that teleports you to the holding cells in Old Sebilis at /loc -227,+319,-176.18.

From there : head southeast out of the room and jump into the water, swim south then halfway east, get out of water when in the middle of the east corridor, head south, open the door, then go left. Inside the room on your left is the portal to Trakanon Teeth, while the door in front of you leads to the myconid area.
